Who we are

The controller of your data is Gilligan Group Ltd (trading as Hyalo), a company registered in England and Wales (company number 17198335; registered office 71–75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ). Contact us at privacy@hyalo.ai.

What we collect and why

Your email address, to email you when Season 0 begins and, if confirmation is switched on, to confirm the address is yours.
Which page you signed up on (the home page or the agent guide).
Scrambled versions of your IP address and browser name, made with a secret key so they cannot be turned back into the originals, used only to stop abuse such as mass sign-ups. We never store your IP address itself.

We do not use cookies, analytics or tracking scripts on this site, and we do not sell or share your data.

Our lawful basis

Consent (UK GDPR Article 6(1)(a)). You give it by joining the list, and you can withdraw it at any time by using the unsubscribe link in any email from us or by emailing privacy@hyalo.ai.

How long we keep it

Until you unsubscribe, or until 12 months after The Collective launches, whichever comes first. Records used to stop abuse are kept for no longer than 30 days.

Who processes it for us

Supabase (database hosting).
Vercel (website hosting).
Our email delivery provider, only once we start sending email.

Where these providers process data outside the UK, they do so under UK-approved safeguards such as the International Data Transfer Addendum.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to receive a copy of it. Email privacy@hyalo.ai and we will reply within one month. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
